Should there be strict measures to control plagiarism in music

This blog has lyrics and videos of songs, mainly of the Indian artistes, and a few foreign artistes as well. Valuable suggestions to improve the blog page are most welcome. This song makes me feel that You tube is surely a place to be. Finding audio of this file is probably more difficult than finding the video !

If anyone knows the singer of this song, do let me know. This comes almost in the end of the movie Rock on before the final song by the main band of the movie.
